The Harlequin Suite

The Harlequin Suite is The Venue Harlow Stadium' Conference Room.

First opened in September of 2002, the suite is perfect for annual meetings or big parties. Given that The Venue Harlow Stadium is located in the well-known Pinnacles Industrial Estate, it is an ideal location for Essex Businesses.

The suite can be arranged to suit your needs. If you inform us in advance we can arrange the seating and tables to your specifications. If you require strict privacy for your conference then the Harlequin Suite can be separated from the main stadium to provide a warm quiet environment. Special requirements can be arranged within reason. The suite holds 250 people and is contained in an independent environment to the stadium itself.

Price's on Application (dependant on size of party)

Morning:
From 9am to 1pm includes rental of the Harlequin Suite and morning coffee.
Afternoon:
From 1pm to 5pm includes rental of the Harlequin Suite and afternoon tea.
Full Day:
From 9am to 5pm includes rental of the Harlequin Suite, morning coffee and afternoon tea.
Please note: You can order a buffet lunch for an additional cost.
